Living in Braunton, North Devon

Following on from someone else’s accurate review of Braunton, I thought I should add my own.

Braunton is a small village located in one of the highest risk of flooding next to Atlantis. Which though they have finally bought better flood defences. It will do no good in another 5 years. The kids that live here are some of the most deluded, obnoxious and spoilt little sh$ts to ever grace the U.K outside of London City.

The parents of course are fully to blame, especially when you see the parents entitled attitude when they actually need to leave Braunton to get some real shopping. No thank you’s, no pleases and no manners whatsoever.

When I finally plucked up enough courage to go for an expensive drink in SQ, I was at first surprised by the polite staff?! How could this be? Perhaps they don’t reside here? Anyway, the atmosphere was ruined so fast when the MacBook crowd came in, each trying to get a spot by the front window. In the hopes that poor people will look at them on their poor spec over priced computers and envy them ( seriously MacBook owners are thick ) from the bus stop across the street.

The whole place is going downhill fast and thankfully house prices too. The snobs here just live in a bubble and refuse to see it, while real investors turn to Woolacombe and Ilfracombe.
