Data is nothing without context, but who cares about that when you need to scare your baby boomer readers into buying your dying print rag or look at your sidebar of shame again and again? Does that still sound bad to you Babs? Well contrast that with the 43.21% of wards in England & Wales where over 90% of the population WERE born in the UK (The average for England is 82.65%).
