3. Wrexham
Often topping lists of the worst places to live in Wales, Wrexham only makes it to the bronze position on ours. After recently taking the dubious accolade of having the worst University in the UK (according to the Guardian), the only good thing about Wrexham is it makes Chester seem less of a dump.
