Parr is a sub district of St Helens, Merseyside. Situated on the Eastern side of the town between the town centre and Blackbrook, it can be described at best as a hovel.
Teenage gangs walk the streets, hoods pulled up over their eyes, fence posts in their hands. Numerous deaths, murders and ***** have been recorded in the past as in recent years the area has suffered through social problems due to poverty. Pink lacoste tracksuit wearing, people carrier driving, illiterate speaking, fake Beyonce perfumed single mothers on benefits can be seen throughout parr.. some as young as 14-15.
Swarms of teenage yobs as young as 8 disrespecting the older generation and threatening anyone daring to tell them to move along. The worst area of all is Mount Pleasant. ********* standing around in groups snorting coke and [allegedly] renting out their rear ends to dirty off duty police officers, it is the lowest of the low.
I therefore recommend a simple yet effective plan [to be realised in my imagination only] for St Helens Council…erect a 30 ft wall around the district and drop some nuclear waste inside the confines of the wall to *********** this race of Plastic scouser…gangster wannabes.
