    Swaythling’s population cannot be “older than the average” as stated above given the distribution described here where all bands from 60 years and older have a lower proportion than present in the whole of England, plus the mean and median average ages are less than the averages for the whole of England (ie, Swaythling is younger than average). Swaythling if definitely a younger person’s location not an older person’s location.
